The 2023 Asia-Pacific Conference on Image Processing, Electronics and Computers (IPEC2023) will be held in Dalian, China during April 14-16, 2023.
IPEC2023 is jointly organized by Beijing University of Technology. The focus of the conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over the world. The topics of interest for IPEC2023 include, but are not limited to:

IPEC2023 invites authors to submit original manuscripts and unpublished work.
